Pandanus Holiday Apartments (PHA)

 

 

ACCOMMODATION – TERMS OF USE

Check-in time is 2 pm onward on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.

The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition or you may be charged for any extra cleaning costs incurred.

You are responsible for any damage you or your party cause during your stay and you are required to notify the hosts immediately.
You will be charged for any damage to property by you or your party.

It is your responsibility to secure your PHA apartment while you are out.
Pandanus Holiday Apartments is not responsible for the security of guests’ belongings.

The loss of a key will incur a charge of $200 for the replacement of locks and keys.


 

BOOKINGS

No Credit Card Required to Book.
Placing a booking via the PHA website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.


 

PAYMENT

Upon acceptance of your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to your stipulated email address.
This email constitutes a contract for the services stated, as requested.

Full payment is required on arrival.


 

CANCELLATIONS

PHA understand that last minute plans can and do change.
We ask you to give us as much advance notice of cancellation as possible.
Cancellations less than 7 days from arrival date will incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
PHA Management reserve our rights to cancel any booking at any time.


 

RESTRICTIONS

This property is strictly non-smoking.
Failure to comply will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.
Additionally, you will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee.

PHA do not accept pets throughout the apartments and complex, except for service dogs.

Notice of service dogs must be given on booking.


 

SECURITY ENCRIPTION

The PHA website and data is secured by Wordfence Security and Encryption software.


 

PRIVACY POLICY

All personal details retained by PHA will be maintained according to Australian Law and will not be released to any third parties for any purpose whatsoever.

At PHA we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) you provide us. PII includes information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.

This privacy policy explains how PHA handles and protects your PII in accordance with commonly accepted privacy principles.


 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In an effort to keep our service as simple and easy as possible PHA do not create, use or store profiles of our customers. We only record PII and other information that we reasonably require to do business with you.


 

INFORMATION WE USE

PHA uses your PII only for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your requests for accommodation. Information collected when you make a booking is used to create a guest account to deliver your booking confirmation electronically. We may also contact you about your stay for customer service purposes or to make any changes or cancellations to your booking. Domain tracking of visitors to our website and how many visits each page receives may be collected to enhance the services and online experience that we provide.


 

INFORMATION WE SHARE

PHA does not disclose any information about customer bookings to anyone except as may be required by law. PHA may disclose information against someone who poses a threat to PHA interests (such as customer fraud or property damage) or whose activities could cause harm to others.
